To celebrate its 100th birthday, Daimler Benz produced a commemorative magazine called 100 Years of Motor-Cars, Daimler Benz 1886-1986, A Birthday Magazine. Copies were sent to its select customers. This is one such copy, accompanied by a letter to the customer from the then-president of Daimler Benz Canada.
With lots of photographs, it goes through the history of the company. It's 50 pages, including covers, which have insert flaps. High-quality paper and production values.
I couldn't get a good photo of the cover, so photo #1 is one I found elsewhere. Mine is photo #2, which was too big for the scanner. But, save for minor wear to the edges of the cover, and a paper clip mark on the top right, this copy is in mint condition.

This is two brochures. The first is the 59-page sales catalog for the 1988 Mercedes S Class. It is in pristine condition, except that the center spread, pages 27-30, slipped its staples. This apparently happened to all of these catalogs. It's not damaged, it's just loose (see photo).
The second brochure is from the Franklin Mint Mercedes Benz Museum and it is an 8-page brochure for the World's First Automobile, the Karl Benz car. It is in mint condition and comes with the original Franklin Mint inserts.

This is the 1990 British printing of Cars of the Thirties and Forties, a comprehensive directory of antique cars written by the British auto expert Michael Sedgwick (1926-1983). It was first published by Nordbok in 1979 and was a best-seller.It is 240 pages of antique cars--and their anatomies. Hundreds of gorgeous color photographs, with accompanying text about them and detailed illustrations of their construction and workings.It is 10 1/2" x 12" x 3/4". It weighs 3 1/2 lbs.This book has not been read and is in pristine condition.

This is a rare copy of the British magazine Classic Cars.It is the November 1990 issue.350 pages plus Motor Museums of Europe supplement.See Table of Contents photo.Aside from the faded strip on the left of the cover, and minor dog-earing to the cover, it's in mint condition. No musty smell. It does not appear to have been read. The inside is perfect.

This is the soft-cover edition of Classic American Automobiles, a comprehensive survey of American cars, beginning with 1900 and ending at the Tintops c 1950.9" x 12".191 pages.Packed with photographs.The publisher used high-quality paper, so this book is a little heavy. It weighs about a pound.This book appears to be un-read.Aside from a little strip of missing paper at the top of the spine, it is in mint condition.
