It was written by two Canadian experts: chef Erin Holm and health coach Rita Thomas.It is a simple, no-fad strategy for a lifetime of nutritional health, focusing on energy, boosting your immune system, reducing risk of disease and achieving and maintaining weight goals with no gimmicks. It is full of super-easy recipes and practical and helpful information. It has been gently used--there is some dog-earing and a few marks. 297 pages, with loads of photos.
