There is wear to the front and back spine where the leather has worn off. Some marks on leather cover. Looks great on the bookshelf. Interior is fine, End pages are marble and all edges are marbled... 1st Edition. Full Black Leather. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.

Montreal: Cambridge Corporation Limited This is #39/1000 of the Royal Canadian Limited Edition of this series. This book has the map - (I haven't found any others listed that included the map). The book is covered in a beautiful maroon leather with silk matching endpapers. The spine has faded but otherwise in beautiful condition. There is an engraved castle on the front cover TEG) There are 75 beautiful colored engravings of the Surrey countryside - colors are as fresh today as when originally published. A map of the Surrey area is attached in back - and is in as new condition. Priced according to the fading indicated on the spine. I have listed others in the Beautiful Britain series - (Vanishing London, Scenery of London and Oxford) - all with full blue morocco leather bindings.. Royal Canadian Edition. Full-Leather. Very Good. Illus. by Sutton. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Limited Edition.

Paris: Various, 1846. This is a unique beautiful leather and marble covered book that has three authors and three of their works bound together. The Publisher of The Trollope book (travels and Travelers) is A&W Galignani (Paris - 1846), Haliburton's - The Attache -or Sam Slick in England is Baudry's European Library - Paris 1843) and Washington Irving's Capt Bonneville is also Baudry's - 1837. There is a Bookplate of Sir H. Hervey Bruce Bart on the front cover. Research indicates that he was one of the Patrons/Benefactors of the first Belfast Musical Festival that occured on 10/19/1813. The book is covered in 3/4 brown leather - somewhat worn on the seam and marbled cloth which is worn and rubbed. There is some rubbing on corners and bottom. Interior of book is very good with some foxing... 1846,1843,1837 Editions of Titles. 3/4 Leather and Marbled Cover. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
