Bound together in old full vellum, but this is soiled and the spine is very damaged - there is a tear to the head of the spine and worm damage to all of the spine. A few worm holes go through the blank front free end paper and affect the title page, but go no further. Armorial bookplate to the rear pastedown - motto Comme je fus. I believe this is for William Ward, Viscount Dudley & Ward of Dudley. Some light browning to pages and some spotting. Text in Italian.
