Publisher's original green cloth with gilt spine and upper panel lettering within blind rule, quarto, pp. 273. Top edge gilt. Fore-edge and bottom edges uncut. Many pages unopened. Tissue-guarded frontis portrait of Swing, with some offsetting to title page despite the tissue. Three other full page illustrations, as called for. Previous owner, using perhaps a dull implement or unsteady hand, caused a small half-moon shaped loss of paper at top of Title page when separating it from Dedication page. That tab of paper missing from Title page remains attached at top edge of Dedication page. Shelf wear at spine ends and board tips. Front hinge weak. About Good condition, withal. Printed at The Torch Press, Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Mild shelf-wear, as with careful handling, and staples are rusty. Withal, very good in the publisher's stiff stapled gray wrappers adorned with Statue of Liberty illustration. Upper wrap fore-edge with deckle design. Ensconced now in a clear protective display sleeve with white cardstock backing board. Nicely accomplished reprint of a 1923 letter from Glessner to his son and daughter, explaining the history of Glessner House and giving information about its architect, H. H. Richardson, of Brookline, Massachusetts. Very good in stiff stapled beige wrappers.

Softcover, 12mo, pp. [16]. Black and white illustrations. Mild creasing at corners. GOOD in the publisher's stapled illustrated blue wrappers. Ensconced now in a clear protective display sleeve with white card-stock backing board.

Card-stock wraps, octavo, pp. [32]. Illustrated with food-themed vignettes. Old shadow from what was probably a newspaper clipping or recipe card inside the front cover. Just light wear, but Very Good in the publisher's stapled textured wrappers with black printing and black decorative devices.
