Previous owner's name written in pen on ffep. Contemporary newspaper clipping taped to ffep. Front and back hinges cracked, lower half of paste-down endpaper torn at back hinge. Pages browned. Fading and foxing evident throughout. Half-title page has been cut out. Foldout triptych at page 534 detached at fold between first and second panel. Creasing and small tears between second and third panels. "From the Earliest Time to the Present; Together with Interesting Biographical Sketches, Reminiscences, Notes, Etc."
