First published in Portuguese in a Lisbon imprint of 1626, this is the first Spanish language edition. A vitriolic attack on Iberian Jews who had converted to Christianity that they might remain in their homes following Ferdinand & Isabella's Alhambra Decree. Matos questions their faithfulness (amongst other accusations) & calls for their immediate expulsion. The book has the usual royal authorizations & licenses.
