Hi, This lot is a 1950 Original Linen Wisden. It is in just OK condition. The main thing to note on this Wisden is that it must have been stood against a damp wall or area in a previous life as the rear cover looks water stained, it is not off putting and goes to the rear of the book for a couple of pages but other than that and a darkness to the covers (name to the top) it is in decent shape. Priced low due to stain. Condition (Out of 10) = 5

Hi, This lot is a 1950 Original Linen Wisden. It is in Good to Very Good condition. With a bonus as the COTY RT Simpson has signed his picture. Decent covers , small marks to the rear but nice and bright and better than many 1950s. There is a slight weakness to the front hinge but very nice inside with minimum spine bowing and a small nick to the spine cloth. Condition (Out of 10) = 7

Hi, This lot is a 1950 Original Linen Wisden. It is in Very Good condition. The covers are nice and bright and the spine is straight , minimal marks to the covers and inside, there is some fraying to the very edge of the covers and a corner line to the front, as 1950s go this is far better than many. Hi, This lot is an 1950 Rebound Wisden , without the original covers bound within. This book is in Very Good Condition. You do not see rebinds too often after '37 as linens tend to hold together well but this one is from 1950 and rebound in green boards with gilt to the spine. The covers are missing but the contents are very nice and clean, there is a congratulatory note on half a page of the binders blank page before the book starts as shown. The binding is pretty new and very tightly bound. One for the rebind collector. Condition (Out of 10) = 8

Hi, This lot is an 1950 Original Hardback Wisden, in Good to Very Good Condition. This year is a tough one to mind mint but this isnt that bad for a 1950, some dulling to boards and a touch to the gilt but nice from the outside, it has very good hinges which is rare and the pages are nice and clean , there is some spotting to the page block and 1 or 2 dog ears but overall a very decent 1950 Wisden. Hi, This lot is an 1950 Original Hardback Wisden, in Good+ Condition. This book isnt that bad for the year, it has a lovely front board with bright gilt, the spine gilt has some fade but outside a decent Wisden. Internally both hinges are strong, a tiny bit of mesh peeping through but nice clean pages, 2 dog ears in the middle and a slight wonky feel Tightly bound. Nice inside. Hi, This lot is a 1950 Wisden Hardback. The book is from the Barnsley Library and so have the usual Library downsides, such as book plates and the odd stamps, inside and to the page block. This Hardback is in OK condition though, the gilts are still bright and there is the extra gilt to the front board. It has library parts, some stamps inside and to the page block and the spine has a library marks. The hinges are splitting but still tightly bound. Condition (Out of 10) = 6

Hi, This lot is an 1951 Original Hardback Wisden, in Poor Condition. Nice and cheap as the book is complete with decent hinges and far from falling apart, the issues are heavily worn boards, fading gilts, mesh by the hinges and a general scruffy feel. Hi, This lot is an 1951 Original Hardback Wisden, it is in Very Good Condition for the year, a lot better than most 1951s This book has super bright gilt to the front. The boards have some marks, under light they are more predominant , some dulling to the spine gilt which is common. The hinges are strong even though you can see some mesh, clean pages and tightly bound. Nice page block for the year. Condition (Out of 10) = 7

Hi, This lot is an 1951 Original Hardback Wisden, it is in Poor Condition as was once owned by a hospital library. other than the last page I cant see any stamps but there is large faded rectangle to the front baord. Gilts starting to fade and odd mark to the boards. Hinges ok but mesh can be seen , reasonable inside, cheap and cheerful, complete and tightly bound. Condition (Out of 10) = 4

The book is lovely , the only downside is a couple of dark marks to the rear and the page block is a bit grubby, nice inside, odd spot here and there but up there in the condition ratings for a '51. Hi, This is a rebound 1951 Wisden, with covers. In Poor Condition. The boards are heavily stained , but you see some rebinds like this with the HB gilt to the front and 1951 gilt to the spine like in a 1947/8, internally very good though. Condition (Out of 10) = 4

The covers on this book are very bright , in fact the book as a whole is in lovley condition, a few freys around the edge but the covers are pretty mark free and internally clean pages with strong hinges. Hi, This lot is a 1951 Original Linen Wisden. It is in Very Good condition. The covers are very bright yellow, there are a few marks to the rear cover but nothing too harsh, there is a turned over corner to the bottom right of th front cover and the pageblock, mainly to the top is very speckled. Hi, This lot is a set of 3 Wisdens. 1952 1953 and 1954 Original Wisdens , Rebound with the Original Covers. In Good condition. These Wisdens are very nicely bound in green with gilt to the spine, the contents have some wear and the 1952 a mark to the pageblock as shown, nice enough inside , ideal for the rebind collector. The main issue is with the hinges as they are both weak and you can see some mesh at the rear, it is tightly bound with no sign of falling apart , many early 50s are like this. The front gilt is very bright, the spine gilt just starting to fade but brighter than many 52s. Nice clean pages and the boards are pretty closeto being mark free. Condition (Out of 10) = 6

Hi, I am moving to Spain so alas I am selling my Wisden Collection. Here we have an 1952 Original Hardback in OK Condition. This hardback has a nice front board, clean with a slight shine with bright gilt. The spine cloth is a bit worn with a nick to the top right. Odd mark and bumped corner to the front board. The hinges are bith very weak with mesh showing and the book although tightly bound is a bit wonkey. Clean pages inside. Condition (Out of 10) = 5
