Way Printers, 1810.First edition. 8 1/4 x 5 1/8 inches: pp. [14] including 3 foldout tables. Sewn binding. Removed from a book of pamphlets. Title-page wrinkled near spine, impression from paper clip near upper left-hand corner, and small fold on bottom edge. Two vertical, parallel creases run along length of pamphlet. First leaf has come loose from the thread. Pages lightly tanned with minimal foxing. (Poore, Feb. 21, 1810). Most likely a forged bill of lading. "In the normal course of events the seller of a cargo (‘the shipper') delivers the cargo to the sea carrier at the port of loading, and the sea carrier issues a bill of lading to the shipper. The shipper  then sends the original bill to the buyer of the cargo (‘consignee').
