Rich red cloth binding with gilt title on spine, gilt illustration on the front and another on the back bottom corner (Pooh and Piglet at a "Tikit" office). Gilt upper page edge. The spine is a little bit faded. Hinge and text block firm, illustrated end papers with a neat Christmas gift inscription dated 1928. Pages smooth clean and bright, one or two brown spots here and there abundantly illustrated throughout. A very nice tidy early edition.
