New York: Morrow, 1968. First Edition. Octavo; hardcover, black and yellow quarter cloth boards. Bright, clean, dust jacket covered in protective mylar 670pp. Features the writings of: Stokely Carmichael, Keorapetse Kgositsile (Earl Sweatshirt's Father), Sun Ra, Sonia Sanchez and many others. This copy belonged to the civil rights activist Dorris Funnye Innis (1933-2015). This copy, presumed to have been a gift from an associate; on the title page it bares the inscription "From Johnny Johnston, to Doris Innis 10/68". In very good condition, minimal shelf wear, dust jacket is in excellent condition, covered in protective mylar. An excellent collector's copy.
