Low."; boards are slightly scuffed, corners bumped anf frayed; head of spine noticeably frayed; less so to foot; hinges split (We are assuming that Isiah O. Low is a member of the seafaring Low family of Salem and New York, whose ancesters helped build the Commonwealth of Massachusets and were prominent in the China Trade in the mid 1800's.).
