Some light rubbing along edges on Madison's engraving. Otherwise about fine. According to Bidwell, "Engraved, text in a border closely imitating the Binns edition, facsimile signatures after Binns." (Bidwell 20). The next edition after the present copy contain a portrait of eleven presidents including Polk and a view of the Capitol.
