Very good, first edition book. Ex-lib. Leather binding. Professionally repaired, boards reattached, new spine. Half and full title, xii, [1]-566, Errata. Sm4to. 10 7/8" by 8 3/4". Boards and edges have wear and rubbing. Pages edges are evenly trimmed, moderate age-toning and slight soiling. Very good internally, with (6) library stamps on verso to verso to title page, verso to dedication page, advertisement page, two Contents pages, and page 1 of the text. Misc. stamp and blue notes on front paste down. Text pages are clean and with occasional foxing.,

End Zone by Don DeLillo. Published by Houghton Mifflin Company, Boston, 1972. First edition. Signed by the author on the title page. Very good book in very good dust jacket. Black cloth covered boards with silver gilt lettering on front panel and spine. Board panels are scuffed and with faint ring stains on front panel. Edges at head and tail of board spine are softened. Lowermost edges are sunned. Upper page edges are tinted. Some foxing on all external edges and several stains on the side edges. Dedication page through page 1 have several irregular brown stains; pp. 5-11 have the same dime-size splash stain. Other pages are clean, text block is snug. No remainder marks. Fore-edge folds of dust jacket are creased and scuffed. Edges at head and tail of jacket spine have small rubs and chips; front corner at head of spine has a 1/2" closed vertical tear along the front spine fold.
