Some pencil marks and ticks to "Register" at the beginning o/w unmarked. 339pp. Binding good. Although book ranks only a G-minus it is still entirely serviceable.

Doctoral thesis. Erika Theron is best remembered for having headed up the Theron Commission appointed in 1977 to look into the affairs of the Coloured [mixed-race] segment of the population of South Africa. The commission recommended that the parliamentary system, which restricted representation to Whites, should be changed to reflect a multicultural society. Very scarce publication.
