Fine Books & Collections Magazine Compendium Winter 2010. Number 47. Condition is Near Fine: light edge and corner wear. No other problems. Please see image of the item you will receive. Notes: Fine Books did not publish anything in 2009 (it was a tough year) then came back with this in early 2010. Their website now calls this the 2009 Compendium. Under the various numbering systems this should be #37 (not 47) or 8.0 neither of which actually exist. For the terminally curious and/or confused I have prepared a short summary of the publishing history of this magazine that explains everything and is available upon request. Full year compilation of The Forum magazine. Two volumes containing 12 months of issues. Library binding by Tusculum College Library. I found some occasional pencil marks and smudging but overall very good condition. Sound binding. College stamp on paper edges. End papers never had pockets - just some pencil notations. Individual monthly copies of The Forum magazines are rarely found. If you are looking for a particular author or article these bound volumes are pretty much the only way to get them. Six months of magazines bound as single volume. Library binding. Every article related to World War 1. I am not a historian and do not recognize most of the authors except Caruso. There is an interesting advertisement for Overland automobiles. Also an article debating the health effects of tobacco on soldiers. Part of page 109-110 (an article on taxation) has been excised.
