I am not a professional dealer, but am downsizing my library.The pages and spine are tight. The end pages have some sun damage to the page edges. top edge of pages are guilded. There is owner's signature on front board.
The leather type binding, which was green has been very faded in places by the sun, and also the spine now looks pale brown. See photos for details.
