The d.j. is good, with wear at the corners and edges, a 1" tear at the bottom rear hinge, and browning spotting on the flaps. The front cover gilt is very bright; the spinal gilt a bit less so. A small amount of expected shelf edge wear is visible. The book covers first aid and exercise, and there are many dozens of illustrations. Even though this book was published in the U.S., all the text is German. (50969) . Very Good. Hardcover.

The front cover is slightly bowed, but the backstrip gilt is legible and the book is very solid. The page edges are browning a bit, and there are a few brown spots on the pages here and there.
