Description:
In 1832, after 17 years in Europe, Washingon Irving arrvied back in New York. He was soon off to see the American frontier in the company of Henry Leavitt Ellsworth. The editors of Ellsworth's journal note that Ellsworth's "narrative is now an indispensible bit of Irvingiana." The dust jacket, which has the priced clipped and has a few spots and wear on edges, is in a protective mylar cover. Binding tight. No extraneous writing or marks on pages.
