First Edition. Near Fine / very good. Founded in 1912, the Adolphus Hotel was Dallas tallest skyscraper, at the time. It was also Dallas most elegant hotel. some say it still is. Book is divided into the 4 restaurants at the hotel: the French Room, The Grill, the Palm Bar, and the Tea Room. The first 62 pages are history and archival photos. Recipes accompanied by beautiful photos by Don Heit. Book has light toning, otherwise fine. Dust jacket is price clipped, has a half inch tear at the top front, and shelf wear, especially at the back flap fold.
