Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. First edition. BAL 3434. 8vo. Frontispiece and 23 b/w illustrations by Dan Beard. 277 pages + 8 pages of advertisements. Original olive green pictorial cloth stamped in black and gilt. Internally clean. Bound tightly. A bit of wear to tips, corners, and cloth at the crown and foot of spine. Cloth is faded. Owner's bookplate on inside front board. Owner inscription on FFEP as well as date stamp "Sep 15 1892."
