London: Collins, 1967 Evergreen Library edition very good green cloth hardcover with soiled and torn dust jacket. 222p. Page edges foxed, long closed tear on back of dj, 2 small pieces missing from front of dj. Slight curve to boards.

London: Collins, 1967. Hardcover. Very Good/Good. The interior of the book is clean and tight. There is an inked signature of a former owner on the front free end paper, but bo other marks or signs of use. The green tweed covers are fresh, with just a touch of wear at corners and the top and bottom of the spine. The gilt spine lettering is still shiny. The dust jacket is also in very good condition, showing light wear overall, with the worst problem being a chip of paper missing from the top of the front panel. The attached scan shows this and gives a better idea of condition. The jacket is now in a protective mylar cover. In a good, price-clipped, dustwrapper with minor chipping to spine ends. The wrapper, which is rather browned, is now protected in a clear, removable sleeve. Some fore-edge foxing. 286 pages. Frontispiece and 15 illustrations. The author's first book. Scarce in dustwrapper. Photographs available on request.
