About This Item
Hastings House, 1954. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good in Very Good DJ. First edition, very good + cloth hardcover shows a hint of toning at spine head, toning at endpapers, small streak of ink or soil at page fore edges (don't think it's a remainder mark) and some other light trace wear, in very good dust jacket (price at flap) that shows toning along spine and top edge of front panel, rubbing and soil, faint stain at bottom edge of rear panel and edgewear that includes shallow open chipping and small closed tears. 372 pages with a set of black & whites, bibliography and endpaper maps. Still a pleasing copy of this installment in the American Procession Series that "story of the hide men.
