Whereunto is added, the tale of the second taking of the counterfeit crank, with the true report of his behaviour, and also his punishment for his dissembling, most marvellous to the hearer or reader thereof, circa 1880. Facsimile edition of the 1573 edition, no printer, place of publication or date, this edition not listed in the "Library Hub Discover". 8vo, approximately 210 x 130 mm, 8½ x 5 inches, 8 text illustrations including the one on the title page, pages: [4], i-xiii, 14-123, [1] - notes and observations, bound in half calf over marbled boards, vertical wine coloured morocco title label with gilt lettering and extra gilt decoration to spine, double gilt dividing rules, marbled endpapers. Pale foxing to free endpapers, half-title and last page, occasional pale foxing to outer margins, otherwise a very good copy.
