An 8 x 2mm chip to cloth in rear joint. ; Reprint. No date [c1902]. 282, [6 (advertisements)] pages + black-and-white frontispiece + 2 black-and-white plates. Plates are facing pages 12 and 270 (but called for on the plates to be facing pages 13 and 271). Maroon cloth boards with gilt lettering and illustration on spine and front board. Page dimensions: 186 x 122mm. All page edges gilt. Dark grey coated endpapers. In-text illustrations. Illustrated by A. J. Johnson. Last page of advertisements lists 11 titles in the "Laddie" series. [Reference: c.f. Muir 7485] .
