About This Item
This miniature book is full of reproductions of black and white photographs and old prints, numbering over 100, of the buildings, industry, parks and homes of New York City. The author wanted to publish a "popular-priced book" in miniature that would give the visitor and resident New Yorker a history of the city along with "many unusual characteristics" that make up the present day (1922) city and its people. Hinge is intact and tight. Pages are browned with age. Some fading to titles, along with scuffs and bumps to edges of soft cover. Spine ends slightly frayed.
All proceeds benefit The Friends of the San Anselmo Library. No expedited shipping outside of the United States.
