Good+. 12" x 9" Hardcover; 88 Plates + 3pp; Brown textured boards in album bound with string, gilt titling to front, boards edgeworn with minor staining, minor insect damage to front pastedown, faded pencil marks to title page & backs of a few plates (doesn't affect photo images), a few pages edgeworn, binding is sound, Good+ condition. Scarce, antique album containing 88 photographic plates of notable Portland, Oregon homes in the year 1911. Each photo is captioned with the address of the home and its resident's name, e.g. "Residence of Mr. J. C. Ainsworth, 584 Elizabeth Street." Foreword by Philip S. Bates.
