Gilt lettering on spine faded. Edges relatively square, corners lightly bumped. Spine roll/spine slightly cocked. Bottom edge of textblock foxed. Pages relatively clean and unmarked with some small ink staining on several pages. Age-tanning to endpapers. Previous owner gift inscription on ffep. Pencil residue transferred on front pastedown endpaper. Binding tight. A great copy of this translation of Nikos Kazantzakis’s biography of Saint Francis of Assisi with the DJ present. Religion
