About This Item

Signed. First Edition. Near Fine / very good. Three prominent Texas contemporary writers; a naturalist, a historian and a chronicler are recalled by their friends and critics at the Texas Observer. The book is evenly toned and has tiny staining on the edges, but it is almost unread and in excellent condition. The dust jacket has edge wear at the top spine and there is a little paper loss. Listed as very good. The jacket is protected in mylar. Ronnie Duggar was the editor and general manager of the Texas Observer when this book was written in 1967. Duggar has signed on the half title page (no inscription).

About mark mcdonald

Book collector for over 30 years. I'm retired and ready to sell. I buy almost exclusively from estate sales and since I've lived in Dallas my whole life, I know the people and where to go. I am a low volume collector and seller and deal in higher quality books. I have a lot of signed and inscribed books. These signatures have not been officially authenticated, but I am confident in their authenticity so I will guarantee them in perpetuity if it can be reasonably demonstrated that the signature is incorrect. .
