In a near fine dust jacket. This copy SIGNED and INSCRIBED by Peskin on the half-title page: To Jane + Gordon - Enjoy! (there'll be a quiz after you read it) Allan Peskin 22 May 2004." Uncommon signed. Peskin was a noted historian at Cleveland State University, whose biography of President James Garfield won several awards.
