Tito Strozzi and his son Ercole were prolific 15th-century Italian poets known, not only for their literature but for being members of the Strozzi / Medici family rivalry. Tito, the more famous of the two, wrote numerous sonnets and elegies all of which were published alongside the works of Ercole in 1513 by Aldus Manutius.

Books printed by Aldine in the early 16th-century are considered some of the most desired and valuable works of all post-incunable printings, and this 1513 first edition of "Strozii poetae pater et filius" is no exception.

Walter de Henley was a 13th-century French agriculturalist primarily remembered for his treatise on husbandry. In fact, this book is considered to be
"undoubtedly the most original contribution of the Middle Ages to scientific agriculture". (Power).
Henley provided some of the earliest French instructions on farm management and upkeep the upkeep of a manor.

In 1589, an English edition of Henley's "Husbandry" was translated by Jacuqes Bellot and published by Wolfe under the title "The Booke of Thrift".

Trumansburg, NY: Out of Step Press. Fine with no dust jacket. 2016. Numbered Edition; First Printing. Pamphlet. The author's non-linear poem about the billeting of soldiers in civilian homes in wartime. Copy 89 of a limited edition of 250. Folded into the form of a letter, the work was letterpress printed in wraps of handmade "combat paper" made from military uniforms. The author says: "Some time ago-maybe a year, maybe two? I had a conversation with some of my Combat Paper brothers (well, the kids call them their combat paper uncles, so it follows…) that led to me writing the poem "Quartering." Which was informed by them, of course, and by all the rooms I'm in, and by imagining what is really required of all the caregivers I love.
