William H. Gass." Gass was likely referring to Hansen's novel, The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford which was made into a movie starring Brad Pitt. Hansen recently sold many of his books to a Palo Alto bookseller including this one.

Rare signed /inscribed. Deming was the father of Total Quality Management. His quality control techniques were adopted by Japanese management, and he was extremely influential there.
