Book design by Adrianne Onderdonk. Jacket design by Charles-Cuffari. No markings throughout except for a couple age stains. Jacket has mild shelfwear/aging discoloration around edges and spine. Spine straight and binding tight. Joyce from Goodreads rated it it was amazing. Loved this book! Had been rereading the Gospels recently and wanted to know more about the those who wrote them. Miraculously this book was found in a stack near my bed, perhaps found at a book share in CT while traveling. It is quite old, from 1964, but it is a gem! Described as "a novel of the life of St. Paul", it is that but so much more. Filled with history of the times after Jesus is crucified until Paul's death in Rome.
