Book Condition: Very Good; scratch marks on front and rear wrap. No DJ. Pictorial card stock wraps. Wraps are not bent or folded; spine is not creased or split; text is secure in binding. 97 pp 8vo. This is a book of very detailed and personal recollections of this man's time in the battle zones of France and Germany in WWII, probably 1944-45 (there are no dates in the book). The author was combat wounded by friendly fire and evacuated back to the states. This book is full personal encounters with the Germans and a good deal of real shooting battles and fire fights with the enemy. A clean very presentable copy.
