Dr. Hng is a Gastroenterology trainee in the United Kingdom. Her credentials includes her basic medical degree MBChB, Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP), Postgraduate Certificate in Work Based Medical Education (PGCert in WBME), and Fellowship of the Higher Education Authority (FHEA). Dr. Hng excels as a teacher. She was previously a Teaching Fellow, and later an Honorary Lecturer, at the Manchester Medical School, one of the largest in the country. She is the named author of its Year 3 Liver, Biliary and Pancreatic Diseases online module. After falling ill with ME, Dr. Hng wrote her story into a little book as she realised that her doctors didn't know anything at all about what she was going through. Neither did she, before she experienced it for herself first hand.
