Stapled to the first page of the chapter on Toots Mansfield is a black and white snapshot of Mansfield on horseback in a 1950s city parade, likely Houston for the Houston Fat Stock Show and Livestock Exposition (now the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo) as the previous owner of the book was from Houston.
