1765. Near Fine. 1 handwritten parchment document (39 x 55 cm.), stamped sealed. Lady Frances Arundell (d. 1769)of Allerton Mauleverer, York Co., widow, gives to Edward Pearce of Truro burough, Cornmall Co., surgeon, Penpolwartha in Cornwall for 57 pounds and annual rent as a life interest during the life of Edward Pearce, his sister Grace Pearce, and Richard Johns, son of Stephen Johns (age 3). Witnessed by James Willyams and James Willyams, Jr. In Near Fine Condition: exterior is lightly soiled; otherwise, clean and crisp.
