This is an early, original piece of railroadiana - "Annual Report of the Directors of the Boston and Providence Rail Road Corporation with That of the Agent and Engineer." Published January 2, 1833 by Dutton and Wentworth in Boston. The Boston and Providence Railroad was one of the first rail lines in the United States - this report precedes its opening in 1834. There are 32 numbered pages.
Condition:
Both covers and all pages are firmly attached. Foxing to the covers. The back cover has a small, light stain at the bottom-left corner. "Boston Providence Rail Road Co. Report 1833" written in old handwriting on the front cover. Nice interior - the pages are mostly clean with only some mild foxing to the title page, and pages 31 & 32. Overall the report is in Very Good- condition.
