1864. Near Fine. 3 printed forms (printed and sold variously by John B. Springer, and John C. Clark & Son, both of Philadelphia), filled in by hand: 1) April 29, 1864. For $1,302.50 Abraham Rinewalt, farmer of Towamencin Township, Montgomery Co., sold a 32-acre tracts on Green Lane to Thomas H. England, also a farmer of Towamencin Township, Montgomery Co. Signed by A. R. Springer, Jonas C. Gadshalk, and Abraham Rinewalt, as well as J. C. Hunsicker for Henry Unger, Recorder of Deeds. 2) April 30, 1864. Thomas H. England mortgages the property to Abraham Anders of Worcester Township, Montgomery Co., for $1,000. Signed by Thomas H. England, Henry Unger, and A. R. Springer, as well as H. S. Sechler, for the Montgomery County Recorder of Deeds. The mortgage was satisfied on April 7, 1866. 3) April 4, 1865. Thomas H. England, now of Milford Township, Bucks Co., and Elizabeth S., his wife, sold to William J. Wagner, of Towamencin Township, Montgomery Co., shoemaker, the same 32-acre tract for $1,769.25, Signed by Thomas H. England, Elizabeth S. England, John Danehower, H. C. Boone (the justice of the peace), and Wm. H. Hill for Henry Unger, the Recorder of Deeds. 4) April 8, 1865. William J. Wagner mortgaged the 32-acre tract to Mariah J. Funk, of Towamencin Twp., Montgomery Co., for $1,000. Satisfied April 28, 1866. Signed by H. C. Boone (the justice of the peace), A. R. Springer, William J. Wagner, and Mark Thomson, Recorder of Deeds. In Near Fine Condition: the 1865 deed is slightly creased; outer sections, when folded, of 2 of the documents are slightly soiled; otherwise, clean and bright.
