New York: B.W. Dodge, 1909. First American Edition. Octavo (20cm). Pictorial deep blue textured cloth, stamped in gilt on spine and front cover; dustjacket; 360pp. Publisher's presentation copy, inscribed on front endpaper: "Best wishes of the publisher (see title page) and his wife / Xmas 1909." First issue, with gilt stamping to cloth (later issues stamped in red). A fine, bright copy in the original dustwrapper, lightly worn, a trifle darkened on spine, Very Good.
