Signed by Congressman Dan Rostenkowski and dated 1962 on inside cover and stamped "Compliments of Dan Rostenkowski Your Congressman", the same congressman that was pardoned by Bill Clinton at the end of his term. Some wear to spine and corners bumped. Quarter blue cloth over illustrated boards, 8vo., 688 pp. including index. Covers and edges of text block show minor soiling, no marks in text, binding solid. Book condition Good.
