Mellen, President of the railroad and Thomas Dolan, the President of the gas company, is followed by several Exhibits: Lease of the Union Railroad Co. to the Rhode Island Co.; Lease of the Pawtucket Street Railway Co. to the Rhode Island Co.; Lease of the Rhode Island Suburban Railway Co. to the Rhode Island Co.; also with receipt-notice of the Colonial Trust Co. for various securities and a letter from the United Gas Co. President concerning these propositions and lease arrangements. Approx. 6" x 9 1/8" size; stapled printed paper covers. Spine worn a little; old spindle-hole at top left margin; contents clean in very good condition.. First Edition. Soft Cover. Very Good.
