Swarthmore, PA: Albatross, 1961. 10p., staplebound booklet, minor toning and handling. Stapled inside the front cover is a dittoed note that begins, "Dear friends, We have been given your name as a leader of the Southern sit-in movement. Our magazine wants to print letters from sit-in students so that we may interest students throughout the nation in helping your cause..." The address label says "Ann Arbor D.A.C. c/o Ladinsky." Jack and Judith Ladinsky were two University of Wisconsin professors affiliated with the Ann Arbor Direct Action Committee, connected to CORE. Other contents include a debate over the abolition of HUAC, and discussion of whether grain should be sent to China to alleviate its famine.
