London: G. Bell & Sons, Ltd., 1920. Later printing; originally published in 1913. Illustrations by Alice B. Woodward, who is best known for her illustrations in THE PETER PAN PICTURE BOOK, which was also published by Bell. Seven full-page black-and-white drawings, plus frontis and front cover; several in-text illustrations as well. 12mo, pale blue, soft cloth binding (oil cloth?--appears to be Blanck's fabric B), lettered and with cover illustration in darker blue. Spine ends a little frayed, edges tanned and somewhat soiled, otherwise very good. Scarce in any printing/edition.
