Cologne: Konemann Verlag, 1996. First edition. Cloth. Near Fine/very good. Large clothbound quarto in dustwrapper. 340 pp. With black and white photographs by Burnside and text by McCluggage. A fascinating book. Near fine condition in red cloth binding in lightly used dustwrapper. INSCRIBED by McCluggage and signed by Burnside as well on the half-title page. Laid into this copy is an original black and white photograph of a 1973 Volkswagon Karman Ghia (labeled in pencil on the verso of the photograph). The photo comes in an original mailing envelope which was mailed to the inscribee.
