Hinge crack between pages 146 and 147. Pullout pedigree chart intact. Part One is the evolution, origin, history and type of saddle horse; Part Two is Training of these from early colt training to gaiting along with caretaking, shoeing, etc. Glossy photos of important horses of the type. Book traces the evolution, origin, history, derivation and development of the saddle-bred horse, with a treatise on breeding principles and a section devoted to the training of gaited animals. 1933 on copyright and title page - stated Sixth Printing..
