Hardcover. Silver paper with blue gilt lettering on front and spine. Contains appendix and indexed. Illustrated with black and white photographs. Book cover shows some very light rubbing, mostly on corners, some on the lettering. Dust jacket has some wear, some rubbing, scratches and small tears. 196 pp. Overall a very nice copy. Full refund if not satisfied.
