New York: The Viking Press, (1977) First edition, this copy boldly signed in blue marker at the title page by Edward Bunker. 8vo, 202 pp. Publisher's tan paper over boards backed in brown cloth lettered in silver on the spine, in pictorial dust jacket.
Covers lightly soiled & sunned mostly in the margins, one corner bruised, brief offsetting at endpapers & pastedowns, binding cracked at half-title page causing three leaves to partially detach, still good in very good dust jacket with brief wear at the spine extremities & tips.
