Mr Miller amassed an enourmous private collection and writes with great authority. Most Pages Illustrated with 6 B&W Photos of fine examples, with text underneath. Burgundy Red cloth cover with Gilt lettering to spine. 386 Pages, 1.8 Kilos, 12" Tall. No inscriptions. Some tiny specks of browning on top page edges. Jacket has slight edge wear and a very small closed tear at top left corner of spine (1/4" long, repaired from inside with clear tape). Clipped. Weight 1.8 Kilos so Shipping outside UK will be extra. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall
