Anti MX missile rally at the Utah State Capitol on June 12, 1982, for Peace Day. The speakers listed are: Bishop E. Otis Charles, Maj. Gen. William T. Fairbourn, Edwin B. Firmage, Cecil Garland, Stan Holmes, Sister Lois Spear, Jay Truman, and Elizabeth B. Wright. Music by B.J. Sarkissian and The Utah Travelers Gospel Singers.

"Governor Matheson had declared June 12th Utah Peace Day in observance of the planned rally at the State Capitol which calls for Utah citizens to gather in protest of the escalating arms race. Demonstrations will be held in cities across the U.S. on that day in conjunction with the 2nd U.N. Special Session on Disarmament." - Washington County News (6/10/1982).
